Looking for Chocolate Ganache cake recipe?

Last spring I purchased a Chocolate Ganache cake at a Market Basket grocery store in New Hampshire. It was absolutely delicious, and just about melted in your mouth. I'd love to find the recipe they use, or one very similar. Anyone have one?

just make a devil's food cake from a box, and to make the ganache filling, scald 1 pint cream on the stove, then add 1 pound bittersweet chocolate chips and stir until all the chocolate is melted. if you let it sit out, covered at room temperature over night, it's the perfect consistency to spread for filling and frosting. (I always use a 1:1 ratio of cream to chocolate for my ganache. It's easiest and tastes the best in my opinion)
